COOPERATIVE ENTERPRISE LTD GETS NEW BOARD

G.C.C.E did elect
the new board members on the 27th August 2010 at a special
Annual General Meeting, replacing the prior board and management.
The new board comprises of 9 members were 4 are ladies and
the rest gentlemen.
Nimrod Wambette was elected as the new Board
Chairman. He was the incumbent, a farmer from Konokoyi GCS
who is to utilize and apply his experience, skills in governance
of Gumutindo in this changing environment. He is to provide
direction that will result into Gumutindo becoming the organic
and fair trade leader in the East African Region. More to
this he will see to it that primary societies affiliated to
Gumutindo embrace good governance in line with the principles
of cooperatives.
His team comprises of:
