Weighing parchment brought in from the societies, organizing the stacking as per society and on the pallets are some of the assignments that I undertake. Supervise the milling process ensuring that the right out turns is got.

CERTIFICATION OFFICERS        
Report to Field Supervisor and work as a basic link to the Fair Trade and Organic certified farmers.
- Train farmers in organic agriculture, soil conservation, harvesting and post harvest processing and storage practices during internal inspection visits
- Keep documentation and files of Internal Control Systems
- Mobilize farmers for training workshops
- Work with the field supervisor to identify, select contact farmers within the society catchment areas.

COFFEE QUALITY PROMOTER    
Report directly to the Project Co-ordinator
- Work in liaison with the Society secretary managers, certification officers and farmers of the societies
- Provide year round extension services to ensure that the farmers adopt skills and knowledge for improved yields and quality of coffee
- Provide on farm technical support
- Sensitize contact farmers on the requirements of the specialty coffee market
- Train farmers in best agronomic coffee practices post harvest handling
